Residential Lettings:

Amanda M.A.R.L.A  – Office Manager
Amanda joined Castle Estates 2003 and has developed extensive experience in property management and office administration. In her role as Office Manager, she is responsible for overseeing landlord take-ons, ensuring properties are efficiently onboarded and fully compliant. She manages the advertising of available properties across multiple platforms, maximising exposure and occupancy rates. In addition, she coordinates rent increases in line with market conditions and legislative requirements, maintaining clear communication with both landlords and tenants. Her organised, detail-oriented approach ensures smooth day-to-day operations and a high standard of service.
Qualifications:- Level 3 Award - Residential Letting & Property Management (QCF)

Suzie M.A.R.L.A– Maintenance Manager & Property Professional
Suzie joined Castle estates in 2009 as an Administrator and progressed through a range of roles including Lettings Negotiator and Marketing Coordinator, gaining a well-rounded understanding of the property sector.  Now specialising as a Maintenance Manager, Suzies focus is on overseeing all aspects of property maintenance. She works closely with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standard. A key part of her role is ensuring that all properties remain compliant with current legislation and safety regulations, reflecting her thorough knowledge of industry requirements and her proactive approach to risk management.

Hannah – Lettings Negotiator & Property Manager
Hannah joined Castle Estates In 2017 as a Lettings Negotiator, bringing with her valuable prior experience in property management.  Since joining, she has developed a well-rounded role across both lettings and property management, overseeing the day-to-day management of residential properties while ensuring full compliance with current legislation. Her responsibilities include conducting property check-ins and check-outs, preparing detailed inventories and legal paperwork, and managing end-of-tenancy processes, including deposit dispute handling. Hannah has an organised approach and is committed to delivering a high standard of service, maintaining positive relationships, and ensuring properties are managed efficiently at every stage.

Emma - Lettings Negotiator & Property Manager
Emma joined Castle Estates in 2022 as a Letting Negotiator and Property Manager managing key aspects of residential lettings, including check-ins, check-outs, detailed inventories, deposit dispute resolution, and legal documentation. Having a strong focus on accuracy and compliance to ensure all tenancy processes are handled efficiently and in line with current regulations.

Julie - Lettings Negotiator & Property Manager
Julie joined Castle Estates in 2022 as a member of the lettings team specialising in the administration and management of residential tenancies.  Expertise includes conducting thorough check-ins and check-outs, preparing comprehensive inventories, managing deposit disputes through adjudication processes, and handling tenancy-related legal paperwork. Known for a methodical and professional approach Julie ensures all documentation is accurate, compliant, and supports both landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle.

Block Management:

Christine AIWFM - Associate Director
Christine joined Castle Estates in 2020 and has over 30 years’ experience in the management of residential and commercial Leasehold and Freehold properties across both private and Local Government sectors. Demonstrated expertise in property management, compliance, client relations, operational leadership, and delivering high standards across diverse property portfolios. Skilled in managing complex developments, leading teams, and building strong relationships with stakeholders, contractors, leaseholders, and local authorities.

Izaak – Block Manager
Izaak joined Castle Estates in 2022, with nearly four year’s experience in Block Management. During this time, he has developed a strong understanding of residential property management, client relations, contractor coordination, and day-to-day estate operations. Izaak is committed to delivering a professional and responsive service, building positive relationships with leaseholders, clients, and contractors alike.

Gordon – Block Manager
Gordon joined Castle Estates in 2026, bringing with him three and a half years of experience in residential and commercial property management, block management, and conveyancing. He has built a strong foundation in residential portfolio oversight, tenant relations, and day‑to‑day operational management. Gordon is committed to delivering reliable service, clear communication, and efficient solutions for both landlords and tenants.

Alex – Block Administrator
Alex joined Castle Estates in 2025 as a Block Administrator, bringing a proactive and organised approach to property management. Alex supports the team with the day-to-day administration of residential developments, assisting with client communication, contractor coordination, and ensuring properties are managed efficiently and professionally. Dedicated and approachable, Alex is committed to delivering a high standard of service to both clients and residents.

Finance:

Ian M.A.R.L.A – Finance Director
Continuing a career in management accountancy Ian joined Castle Estates in 2009.  Ian was initially responsible for preparing the monthly management accounts for the Castle group.  Having quickly streamlined procedures Ian was able to incorporate control of the residential lettings finance in 2010 and the block management finances in 2011.  Ian became Director in 2015.
Qualifications: - 2:1 BA (Hons) in Business Accountings and has passed 8 exams under the Chartered Institute of Management Accountancy.

Ted – Property Management Accountant
Ted joined Castle Estates in January 2013.  His initial role was to assist with the financial duties of a new block management portfolio that been taken on by Castle Estates.  Since then, Ted has increased his knowledge of accounting and has gained more responsibility.  Ted now managed the finances of a large block management portfolio and the day-to-day financial duties of the residential lettings department.
Qualifications: - Level 3 AAT 

Sharon MAAT - Service Charge Accountant and Conveyancing Manager
Sharon joined Castle Estates in 2021 bringing a strong background in financial management alongside experience in residential conveyancing and block management transactions. She oversees client accounts, including service charge accounting and financial reporting for managed developments, while also supporting the progression of property sales and purchases where required. With a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and clear communication, Sharon works closely with leaseholders, freeholders, solicitors, and internal teams to ensure efficient processes and a reliable, professional service across all block management activities.
Qualification:- MAAT
